When do the Medway Childrens University modules take place?
Modules are typically run every term for 4 consecutive Saturday mornings, from 10.00 till 12.00 In addition, some modules are run after school and in the summer holidays.
Who pays for this?
MCU is funded by a partnership of Medway Council, participating schools, and voluntary contributions.
How does my child participate if their school isn't participating?
Some places are available for a small fee. Contact us to register your interest.
How do children find out about the next modules on offer?

Are these modules accredited?
Certificates are presented to all children who complete a module. A system of accreditation is being introduced.
Is MCU for gifted and talented pupils only?
To get the most out of an MCU module, students need only enthusiasm and a willingness to participate. Tutors cater for a wide ability range.
